The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our Aggregates division covering the North West region of the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing customers across Lancashire, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective business development and excellent customer care.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

You'll be expected to generate high-value sales to new customers, enhance our market presence, and regularly assess sales performance to ensure continued growth and success.

You'll be focused on generating high-value sales, eager to raise the Aggregate Industries brand within your sales territory, and committed to delivering exceptional customer care.
