Senior Sales Executive for Payment Solutions

A UK-based company, Axcess has established itself as a reliable provider of payment solutions across various industries.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the UK market and explore pan-European opportunities. This role is focused on delivering innovative payment solutions to e-commerce merchants and banking partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
- Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration with our services.
- Pursue prospects through outbound telesales, showcasing the value of our payment solutions.
- Develop tailored deals that meet individual customer needs, driving profitability for the company.
- Evaluate business opportunities and prioritize them based on potential revenue and growth.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales, a good understanding of the payments industry, and experience pitching to mid-to-corporate businesses.
You will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating a proven track record of sales success, with at least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Creating and selling innovative ideas, showing entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Striving for business growth and demonstrating ambition to contribute to the company's expansion.
- Negotiating effectively with C-Suite clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Maintaining excellent communication skills and adapting to changing market conditions.
