Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Expert to lead our program services team responsible for component repairs and supply chain operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Standard Aero, a leading provider of aviation solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the program services team to ensure efficient repair operations and supply chain processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance repair operations and supply chain performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance of components to ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures for repair operations to optimize turnaround times and costs.
  • Monitor and analyze repair data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
Supply Chain Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain for components, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
  • Implement supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Program Management:
  • Coordinate and manage multiple programs and projects related to repairs and supply chain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program progress, performance, and impact.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on program status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Customer Satisfaction:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, high-quality repair services and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer service and operational performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, repair operations, or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of repair processes, supply chain principles, and program management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive operational improvements, and achieve cost savings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software is highly desirable.
