About the Role

Careers in Design is seeking a highly skilled Sales Design Consultant to join our team in the London showroom. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for selling high-quality, unique sculptural lighting, furniture, and artworks to interior decorators, collectors, and private individuals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and build positive relationships with clients to understand their goals and preferences.
  • Produce and present client proposals that showcase our products and meet their needs.
  • Be part of the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to final sale.
  • Host and attend tours of our unique workshops and studios, as well as marketing events to drive new business.
Requirements
  • Experience in high-end sales environments, such as contemporary art, furniture, and lighting interior products.
  • Client-facing sales experience and commercial awareness.
  • Strong IT skills, including Photoshop, Microsoft, and CRM software.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £30k, plus bonus and uncapped commission.
