Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Military Medical Personnel. As a Rehabilitation Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

About the Role

The Rehabilitation Instructor will be responsible for providing injury-specific exercise therapy and advice on gradual return to fitness to patients with musculoskeletal injuries. You will work closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that maximize functional capability and quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with musculoskeletal injuries
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
• Provide injury-specific exercise therapy and advice on gradual return to fitness
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

• BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation or equivalent qualification
• Membership of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BaSRaT)
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) sports injuries
