Role Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD seeks an experienced Regional Sales Professional - Hydraulic Solutions to join their client's team in Wokingham. This dynamic role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across the designated regions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Securing sales and growing revenue in the target markets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining market awareness and competitor intelligence

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hydraulic or pump industry
  • Strong understanding of key account management principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the designated region

Remuneration

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of £36,000 - £38,000 DOE, plus a bonus scheme, company vehicle, and attractive benefits package, including:

  • Full-time, 39-hour week
  • 33 days holiday including public holidays
  • Pension scheme
