The Cambridge tax team is part of our wider London Regions tax business, working closely with colleagues in 5 other offices across the region, including our Norwich office.The team is very inclusive, supportive, and friendly and we value fresh ideas and innovation in all we do. We embrace flexible working.We have a great local team working with a wide variety of interesting clients from scale-up and family-run businesses to household names across all sectors including life sciences, technology, manufacturing, retail, and logistics.Working in our successful CTAC business will give you the opportunity to develop relationships with clients as you manage the tax compliance process together with getting involved on various advisory projects such as business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility, and the impact of global fiscal change (e.g.
This exciting role is within our London region Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in our Cambridge office.The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships, develop junior staff, provide excellent client service, and identify business development opportunities.Ensuring that clients are kept up to date on developments within the corporate tax world that may affect their businesses.Lead by example with client relationships, technical quality, and service delivery.Actively promote team and personal profile to internal networks in order to promote collaboration and increase internal leads.Managing our engagement quality and risk processes and client financials.Managing teams, coaching and developing staff.Managing project cycles, billing arrangements.ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified with strong corporate tax and accounting knowledge.Display technical strength in corporate tax and international advice.Displays an inclusive, collaborative approach and operates in a respectful manner with colleagues, clients, and the wider community.Strong organisational skills to manage a portfolio and number of projects at the same time.Builds the reputation of KPMG through the quality of work.

Requirements
