Senior Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at ACS Business Performance Ltd. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of electrical systems for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems, including drawings, specifications, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems meet all relevant legal and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain electrical design standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct vehicle surveys and provide on-site installation support.
  • Travel throughout the UK and potentially further afield to support projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical design and delivery, with a strong track record of leading small teams.
  • UK-spec accredited degree in electronic and electrical engineering or similar.
  • Chartered status with a recognized industry body or working towards it.
  • Practical experience in field installation and fault finding.
  • IT literacy, with sound knowledge of Windows and CAD systems, ideally Solid Edge.
