Corporate Attorney

An ambitious and experienced Company Lawyer is sought by Ashville Knight, a leading Legal 500 firm with offices in the UK. We are looking for a talented Solicitor with a strong understanding of corporate law to take on a varied caseload and contribute to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and corporate governance documents, showcasing expertise in contract law.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence and prepare related documentation, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve successful transaction outcomes.
• Play an active role in business development, identifying opportunities and driving growth.

Requirements:

• At least 1-5 years of PQE experience in corporate law.
• A high level of technical competence in corporate law, including contract law and company law.
• Excellent marketing and business development skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Sound knowledge of corporate law and its applications.
