Job Summary

This role involves working with learners to enhance their job search and employability skills, focusing on driving tangible outcomes such as job placements and apprenticeships.

Responsibilities

  • Learner Support: Deliver high-quality employability workshops, both online and in-person, to support learners in developing their job search skills.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track learner progress, providing regular feedback and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to promote our training and recruitment services.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, adhering to established processes.
  • Sales Focus: Proactively engage with learners and employers to drive employment conversions, from interviews to job offers.

Requirements

  • Target Orientation: Proven ability to meet or exceed placement and recruitment targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Motivational Leader: Approachable and inspiring, with a passion for guiding others toward successful careers.

What We Offer

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme, generous annual leave allowance, and professional development opportunities.
