Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Professional to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions in London. As a key member of our FM Service Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and operation of commercial water systems across various sites in the capital.


Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum, inclusive of overtime opportunities. A comprehensive benefits package includes 25 days' holiday, a company pension scheme, and excellent career progression opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining chilled water systems and performing routine checks on water quality.
  • Executing water flushing operations and disinfecting mains water pipes as required.
  • Carrying out surveys on hot and cold water systems and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Repairing pipework and leaks, and undertaking small plumbing tasks such as dead leg removal.

Requirements
  • City and Guilds qualifications in Plumbing and Water Treatment.
  • Demonstrated experience in water system remediation and maintenance works.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and guidance material, including ACOP L8 regulations.
