We are a leading educational trust seeking a talented Senior Governance Professional to lead the development of our governance framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to our Local Governing Bodies and Trustee Board.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective governance policies and procedures
  • Provide expert advice to LGBs and the Trustee Board
  • Coordinate the work of governance clerks and manage projects
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field or significant experience
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
