About Architecture Social

We are a small yet ambitious architecture practice dedicated to delivering bespoke high-end residential projects. Our team of 7 specializes in private residential projects, bespoke brownfield site developments, and multi-unit housing projects for mid-tier developers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate with strong business development skills to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, develop and maintain client relationships, and drive business development initiatives to secure new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Drive business development initiatives to secure new opportunities, expand the portfolio, and increase revenue.
  • Support the day-to-day management of the practice, working closely with the Directors to achieve business objectives.
  • Inspire and mentor a talented team of architects and designers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • ARB registered with between 5-10 years post Part III qualification experience.
  • Proven business development experience within the residential sector, with a strong network of clients and contacts.
  • Confident leading teams, delivering projects, and making critical decisions.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, developing briefs and leading client meetings.
  • Experience in practice management, including fees, budgets, project resourcing, risk management, and recruitment.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit desirable but not essential.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
