About Our Client

Our client is a reputable legal firm with a strong presence in the industry, known for their commitment to excellence and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a caseload of personal injury litigation files from inception to settlement
  • Conduct thorough investigations, assess liability, and advise clients accordingly
  • Prepare legal documentation, including court pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
  • Negotiate settlements with insurers and third-party representatives
  • Attend court hearings and liaise with counsel as required
  • Provide exceptional client care and maintain regular communication throughout the claim process
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
