Job Title: Compliance and Audit Support Facilitator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance and Audit Support Facilitator to join our team at the East of England Ambulance Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operational Managers to record, complete, and report on all audits required in our settings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out audits, including vehicle audits, staff uniform audits, IPC audits, meds management, and fire safety audits.
  • Record and report audit findings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our auditing processes.
  • Support the Operational Managers in maintaining office systems and ensuring that our auditing processes are compliant.
  • Collaborate with operational staff to promote best practice and ensure quality recording and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Significant administrative experience, including initiating and maintaining office systems.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to construct and deliver clear information to staff and service users.
  • Understanding of equality of opportunity and good working relationships.
  • UK-compatible driving license.
