Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Shift Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team at a world-renowned food manufacturer based in North London. With a growing business and significant investment in the engineering team, this is an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance on the production line, with a focus on electrical faults. Mechanical maintenance skills will also be required, making this a great opportunity for a candidate with a broad skill set.

The role involves working on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern, with a competitive salary package and excellent overtime opportunities. A company pension and healthcare scheme are also available.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Multi-skilled engineer with competence in both electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Electrical engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum)
  • Ability to work effectively on days and nights shifts
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or armed forces (e.g. RAF, Army, Navy, Marine)
