About the Role

As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, building strong relationships with patients, and driving business growth. You will be supported by a well-trained team and the capable owners of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth, increase revenue, and maintain the company's reputation.
  • Lead, motivate, and optimize team performance within the pharmacy.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with GPhC standards.
  • Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
  • Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines.
  • Support the pharmacy and team in achieving targets.
Requirements
  • MPharm degree or equivalent.
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Valid DBS.
  • Able to manage and lead a high-performing team.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist.
