Welcome to Academics Ltd, a vibrant and nurturing early childhood education center. We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant.
As a key member of our team, you will support the delivery of our education and care programs, ensuring that every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
You will work closely with our experienced educators to plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development. Your positive attitude, patience, and kindness will help create a warm and welcoming environment for children, families, and colleagues alike.
We offer a salary range of £100-£140 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and education to young children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with the team to create a stimulating and supportive environment
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
