Grounds Maintenance Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at PPM Recruitment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our client’s properties, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out grass and lawn cutting, litter picking, and other general landscape labour duties as directed by the supervisor.
  • Operating mowers and powered tools to maintain the grounds.
  • Assisting with hedge cutting, weed control, and other horticultural tasks.
  • Working in a team environment to achieve high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
