Job Title: Architectural Technician

Location: Central Brighton

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our client's expanding technical team in Central Brighton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on private residential projects, making it perfect for those who are passionate about high-end design and construction.

This role provides the chance to work on impressive projects within a talented and supportive team, contributing to the success of each build from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in project from enquiry to completion
  • Develop detailed and accurate technical drawings
  • Ensure all work adheres to the latest building regulations
  • Participate in site visits as required
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to meet project goals

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a UK architectural practice
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., HND, HNC, or a degree in Architecture)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Skilled in AutoCAD
  • Revit Desirable, but not essential
  • Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail
  • Site experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
