Job Overview

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious residential development in West London. This landmark site features 900 units across five impressive blocks, offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference.

Salary: £55,000–£70,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address maintenance and operational needs.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely resolution of minor repairs and maintenance issues.
  • Support compliance with health & safety and building regulations, reporting issues to the Senior Property Manager.
  • Collaborate with the onsite team and Senior Property Manager to ensure the estate operates effectively.
  • Communicate updates to leaseholders and assist with notices, letters, and administration.
