Become a skilled Child Development Specialist Level 3 by joining our dynamic team at Best Practice Network Limited. As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will work closely with qualified professionals to deliver exceptional early years care in a safe, nurturing environment.

Your mission will be to provide a stimulating environment that builds on the interests of the children, inspiring them to unlock their full potential. You will be responsible for creating engaging activities, supporting children's development, and ensuring their safeguarding and welfare at all times.

This role requires the following skills and qualifications:

  • Reliable & Flexible - contributing positively to the development of the team environment.
  • Creative & Observant – creating a fun and stimulating environment that builds on the interests of the children.
  • Responsible & Trustworthy – ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children is at the forefront of your practice.
  • Committed & Motivated – working hard to keep on top of coursework and observations while utilising the support of your colleagues and our Early Years Apprentice Mentor.

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be awarded a NCFE Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (EYE), Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award Emergency Paediatric First Aid, and Functional Skills in maths and English if required.
