Property Damage Specialist

- The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent in insurance, housing, or a related discipline, and/or relevant extensive experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year).
- Strong organisational and relationship skills are essential for this position.
- The selected candidate will be competent with IT, including Microsoft Office, and able to effectively log new jobs onto a computerised Customer Records Management system.
- They will also be responsible for tracking site surveys/start dates and estimates from our in-house team and building contractors, updating CRM as necessary.
- Additional duties include requesting payment of excesses (as applicable), chasing repair date schedules, inputting dates onto CRM and other client systems/portals, and ensuring compliance with the company Health & Safety Policy.
- This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum, paid weekly.
