Job Opportunity: Class 1 Shunter Driver

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 Shunter Driver to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a Class 1 Shunter Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a Class 1 HGV and performing shunting and yard duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class 1 HGV in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform shunting and yard duties, including relevant maintenance and safety checks
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, adhering to site procedures at all times
  • Meet and greet at trailer parks with changeover drivers
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • HGV Class 1 Licence with at least 1-2 years experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
