About the Role:

We are seeking experienced EUD Engineers to join our team at Summer-Browning Associates Limited on an initial 6-month assignment. As an EUD Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our Public Sector client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and services to our Public Sector client
  • Work collaboratively with the client's team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the client's IT infrastructure
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure the client's IT systems are running smoothly
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Recent background as a Support Engineer with experience in ICT operational delivery
  • Proven experience of supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops, and desktops
  • Previous experience of resolving incidents, requests, and problems
  • Proven experience of identifying and delivering service improvements
  • Excellent customer experience ethos
  • Proven experience of creating procedure and knowledge base documentation
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
  • Desirable skills: ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 equivalent, experience using ServiceNow
