Salary & BenefitsAs a Regional Director, you can expect a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include up to 25 days annual leave, 5 days additional leave, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and employee welfare fund.
Job DescriptionYou will lead and motivate staff to drive performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue across new and existing customers. Your role will involve working closely with the logistics team and head of tanker services to develop a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for training new and existing drivers on safe delivery of non-potable water and collection of liquid waste, while ensuring adherence to DVSA and HSE regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Class 2 driving licence and Driver CPC with a minimum of 35 hours completed
- Previous experience and accountability for the profit and loss of business operations
- Desirable: Experience working within the Welfare/Waste industry
