Wildlife Conservation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Ecologist to join our team at Penguin Recruitment in Crawley, West Sussex. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the South East, conducting ecological surveys, assessments, and innovative environmental management solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Working on a range of projects, including ecological surveys, assessments, and environmental management solutions
• Writing comprehensive reports, including PEAs, PRAs, EIAs, and EcIAs
• Liaising with clients, project managers, and stakeholders
• Preparing fee proposals

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as extra days' annual leave for your birthday and Christmas holidays, paid memberships, and team social days throughout the year. You will also have the option to work from home as many days a week as you like, once you've passed probation.
