As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

* Chasing outstanding debt in a timely manner via phone and email
* Allocating cash when it comes back into the business
* Reviewing credit limits
* Updating customer records
* Producing a monthly report of all debt to be chased
* Handling customer queries

**Requirements**

To be considered for the Credit Controller position, you must have:

* Ideally worked within a credit function previously, but strong outbound customer service experience will also be considered
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to work as part of a small team
* Ability to work with a high volume of data
