Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Production Engineer to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the Plastics Factory Operations.
  • Generate and maintain an Engineering Database, including Bill of Materials, Layouts, and Routings.
  • Support Factory and Warehouse Operations in upholding 5S standards, including completing monthly audits and coordinating improvements.
  • Participate actively in Lean initiatives, running internal workshops to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A passion for Lean Manufacturing and a drive to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Degree qualified in engineering or similar.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
