We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group, an award-winning provider of professional Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services.

About the Role:

  • Clean and maintain our static sites in Bicester, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
  • Work a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, with two available shifts: 6am - 8am or 7am - 9am.
  • 10 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44.

Requirements:

  • Local to the area and able to commute to our sites.
  • IT literate, with experience using tablets and smartphone apps.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
  • Sweep and mop floors, using brushes or dust control mops.
  • Empty waste bins and transport waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
  • Replenish consumable items, such as soap and toilet rolls.
  • Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks.
