We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group, an award-winning provider of professional Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services.
About the Role:
- Clean and maintain our static sites in Bicester, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- Work a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, with two available shifts: 6am - 8am or 7am - 9am.
- 10 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
Requirements:
- Local to the area and able to commute to our sites.
- IT literate, with experience using tablets and smartphone apps.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
- Sweep and mop floors, using brushes or dust control mops.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items, such as soap and toilet rolls.
- Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks.
