Production Job

We're seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join our team on a double-day shift. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Safely loading and unloading injection mould tools, following established procedures.
  • Setting up production tooling and ancillary equipment according to master settings.
  • Troubleshooting process issues to address and resolve in-process problems affecting quality and cost.
  • Liaising with Quality inspectors and operators to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Maintaining records to confirm production is in control and operating within agreed parameters.
  • Assisting with process improvements to achieve better cost, quality, and performance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Solid experience of injection moulding setting.
  • A great work ethic with great integrity.
  • An open mind, someone who will promote ideas and really want to contribute.
  • Knowledge of materials processing and processing temperatures.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as overtime opportunities and a chance to work for a dynamic and growing manufacturing company.
