Cedar is currently supporting a Public Sector client in their search for a Senior Category Leader to spearhead their ICT & Digital category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and contract manage delegated Framework Agreements within the ICT & Digital marketplace.
- Support both strategic and operational levels, developing specific contract management and implementation programmes/strategies.
- Lead the delivery of projects within key markets.
Team Management:
- Manage a team of 1 x Category Manager and 1 x Buyer.
Requirements:
- Certified in Procurement and Supply (CIPS) qualified or working towards (Cedar will support obtaining/furthering CIPS where required).
- Experience in a similar position in the UK Public Sector is required.
- Background/understanding working within ICT & Digital category is required.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
