Mobilisation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Manager to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the mobilisation of our services in North and East Hertfordshire, ensuring a smooth transition of services from the current incumbent to Veolia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a detailed mobilisation plan to ensure the successful transition of services
- Lead a team to deliver the municipal contract in line with the company's tender submission, including the tendered service transformation for street cleansing and recycling and waste collections
- Manage the sourcing and purchasing of resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to ensure a smooth contract transition and commencement
- Oversee the transfer in and induction of incumbent personnel and ensure their uploading onto the Veolia Workday system
- Ensure compliance with the VMR standard and support assurance checks and improvement planning to enhance contract performance and customer service
- Degree educated or equivalent work experience
- Experience of managing safety related issues, with IOSH qualification preferred
- Experience of working with local authority clients and relevant experience within the waste industry or a similar field
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, including clients, contractors, and members of the public
