Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Revorec Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting with HR and Finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth-running office environment
  • Manage administrative tasks, including coordinating schedules and supporting with HR and Finance tasks
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Process invoices, manage budgets, and process expenses
Requirements:
  • Previous Office Management/Administrative experience
  • Experience with Xero or Sage required
  • Experience working in Engineering or Manufacturing (desirable)
