Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist - Urology Cancer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Urology Cancer Nursing Team. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to patients with prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular malignancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care and support.
  • Manage patients across the pathways of care, working in partnership with specialist cancer providers.
  • Develop and implement nursing practice, particularly in the area of survivorship and rehabilitative care.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement service redesign initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant post-registration experience at Band 6 or above in oncology or tumour site-related fields.
  • Previous experience in a post involving clinical and managerial responsibilities.
  • Previous experience of teaching and developing teaching materials.
  • Demonstrate evidence of highly developed clinical practice.
