Driver Essential

You will be working across multiple locations in Arbroath and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a caring, trustworthy, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. Every day is different as we support our service users to make their own choices, achieve their goals, and live as independently as possible within their own homes.

You will help the people you support to live the individual life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will enable them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships, and to be an equal and valued member of their local community.

Working with individuals on a 24 hour rota, you will provide support with; medication administration, personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, leisure pursuits, social inclusion, and emotional support.

Shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends.

An Enhanced Adult PVG is required for this role.

Driver and experience essential.
