Role Summary: We are recruiting for a highly skilled Construction Lecturer to join our dedicated team at Lincoln College Group.

About the Role: As a Construction Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, assessment, and coordination of construction programs, including contextualized English and Maths. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement innovative learning strategies and contribute to the growth and success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging construction programs that meet the needs of our students
  • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure they achieve their full potential
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualification and experience in construction or related fields
  • Strong subject knowledge and expertise in construction, English, and Maths
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the growth and success of our students

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary range of £29,515-£37,401 per annum (pro-rata if part-time), plus up to £6,000 Targeted Retention Incentive Payment (subject to eligibility). Our employees also enjoy holiday entitlement, Teachers' Pension Scheme, and access to Perkbox.
