We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker with us, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional care and support to older and vulnerable individuals in our community. Your main responsibilities will include providing high-quality domestic assistance, including companionship, respite care, food preparation, cleaning, pop-in visits, laundry, and shopping.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £12-£15 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a contributory pension scheme, mileage allowance, and paid travel time. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in supporting older or vulnerable people in their homes. You must be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. A valid driving license and own car are also essential, as you will need to commute reliably to Stamford, PE9 2NA.
