Lead UI Software Engineer – Financial Services – React – London

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UI Software Engineer to join our team at Kite Human Capital. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the UI development of a new in-house built platform, assessing the current setup, and working with senior management to make recommendations for the future vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UI development of a major programme
  • Design and implement user interfaces using React (ideally 16/17)
  • Develop and maintain high-quality TypeScript code (ideally 4/5)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading UI development
  • Strong understanding of React and TypeScript
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
