We are seeking a Building Services Manager to join our team in Warrington or London. The successful candidate will have solid experience managing mechanical and electrical projects in the UK, as well as experience in the fast-track Cat A & Cat B fit out sector.

As our Building Services Manager, you will:

  • Assist the Bid Team to manage the production of Contractors Proposals, ensuring they are complete, unambiguous, and reviewed by the bid team.
  • Manage services issues on site with the assistance of other site-based resources, implementing management procedures to ensure timely production of information, within budget, fully coordinated, and buildable.
  • Ensure services design has been reviewed on all projects to mitigate Health and Safety issues prior to construction and note hazards on all drawings at each stage of production.
  • Understand commissioning requirements and plan detail of how it will be managed with the subcontractor, taking an interest in and leading on the subcontractor's QA process.
