Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team in Shrewsbury.

The ideal candidate will have a PGCE with QTS/QTLS qualification and be able to lead a class of 29 students, supported by an in-class teaching assistant. The school is a single-form entry institution catering to children aged 3-11, encompassing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a Primary Teacher who believes that every student can make outstanding progress, regardless of their background or need. The successful candidate will be rigorous, relentless, determined, creative, and inspirational in their style and presence as a leader.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to present engaging, thoughtful lessons and CPD sessions
  • Be an advocate and inspirational leader within their classroom and wider whole-school responsibilities
  • Support pupils with SEND and differentiate within the mainstream classroom
