Congregational Music Director Position: Alcm is seeking a highly skilled Congregational Music Director to lead the congregational song at our 9am Traditional Worship service. As the primary organist and pianist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing plans for worship music and liturgy that enhance the worship experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music theory, experience working with choirs and ensembles, and the ability to provide engaging music that inspires and uplifts the congregation. They will work closely with our Director of Worship & Music to ensure seamless execution of services and events.

This role requires a strong commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other musicians and staff members. Estimated Salary: $62,500 - $80,000 per year
