Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at D&R Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our bridging finance and BTL mortgage products.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers, and other key partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the bridging finance and BTL mortgage portfolio.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services, as well as those of their competitors, to effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient application process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and insights to clients and partners.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
- Proven track record in business development within the property finance sector, preferably in bridging finance and BTL mortgages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
