About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Intersect Global. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on project costs and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible value for their investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed cost reports to clients' senior management on a wide range of projects
  • Advise on and approve cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
  • Establish clients' requirements and undertake feasibility studies
What We Offer

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Intersect Global, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in the rail, water, and highways sectors. You will also have the chance to progress to Director level and achieve equity shares as the company continues to grow.

We offer a flexible working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week allowed to work from home. We also provide support towards achieving Chartered status.
