Child Development Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As an Assistant Psychologist, you will work closely with Clinical and Chartered Psychologists to deliver high-quality psychology services alongside a multidisciplinary team.
The successful applicant will be part of the M3 programme, an NIHR-funded initiative focused on developing and testing a multi-factorial intervention for adults with early-onset type 2 diabetes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research while providing exceptional care to patients.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of psychology services as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Work closely with Clinical and Chartered Psychologists to develop and implement evidence-based interventions
