Elementary Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators at a wonderful two-form entry school in Southeast England. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons to Year 3 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Year 3 students, excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum, and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners. They will be able to communicate effectively with parents/guardians and contribute to staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Year 3 students in a primary school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
