Job Title: Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at Build Recruitment. As a residential construction specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks including tap changes, minor plumbing repairs, and responsive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out tap changes and minor plumbing repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Work on drainage and unblockages
- Detect leaks and carry out repairs

Requirements:

- Experience in residential properties
- Good social skills and customer service
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- DBS check
- Drivers License
