Job Description
In this exciting opportunity, you will become a crucial part of Simpson Recruitment Services' thriving sales team. Based in Lichfield, you will drive success and ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional sales and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving sales and technical queries, and providing administrative support to the sales team. You will also take a proactive approach to contacting lapsed accounts and managing general enquiries, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
