Lead Verification Specialist

An exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Verification Specialist to join our team at IC Resources. This role involves leading the verification of complex hardware designs, developing and enhancing verification environments using UVM methodology, and driving metric-driven verification processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement verification strategies for complex hardware designs, ensuring high-quality and reliable designs.
- Design, develop, and enhance reusable verification components to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful verification and validation of designs, meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior verification engineers, helping them to grow professionally.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in verification of complex hardware designs, with a strong understanding of verification architecture and metric-driven verification.
- Proficiency in UVM and other advanced verification methodologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of verification methodologies and be able to drive metric-driven verification processes to ensure high-quality and reliable designs. They will also have excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
