About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Ballington House, a 13-bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital in Leek, Staffordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to female adults with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to service users.
  • Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting positive teamwork and a culture of excellence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and policies, ensuring best practice is upheld.
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach to work.
  • A high level of self-motivation and a positive attitude.
  • A commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
